Welcome to the Avalokiteshvara Retreat with Lama Tendar at the beautiful Narasoma Retreat in Ubud Bali hosted by Charlotte and her wonderful team of staff. Enjoy morning prayers and meditation, daily yoga and teachings on mind training with Lama Tendar. Learn to cultivate compassion for oneself and for all sentient beings through the practice of prayers and mantras. Delicious, organic, vegan meals are prepared by the staff at Narasoma each day and you can enjoy massage and beauty therapies at their on site day spa.
