On behalf of the Tibetan Children’s Fund we would like to thank everyone for participating in the annual Fundraising Dinner on Sunday 12th December 2021.
It was the 10th anniversary of having Michelle hosting the event (this year with her husband Rick) as our MC, without whom we could not have achieved such a wonderfully successful and fun result.
In total, the evening raised ( drumroll please ...........) $23,000 for the children of Kham. The money will be used to directly support children and families of the Kham district with education, healthcare and material resources. We thank all our sponsors for their generosity, Michelle and Rick for hosting the event, our wonderful volunteers at the Centre and the wonderful team of Tibetan cooks who put on a scrumptious banquet for us all.
We thank everyone for their on-going support and we look forward to hosting the event again next year. Tashi delek!
