Buddhism for Beginners: with Ani Drolma

Course Outline: Buddhism 101 or Buddhism for Beginners – How Buddhist philosophy benefits our day-to-day life based on Lama Tendar and Ani Dechen’s “Oracle Cards” 

With whom:  A weekly discussion facilitated by Ani Drolma  – an experienced Group Coach ( Bio - Ani Drolma ). The course is suitable for all who are interested in Buddhism but have not done much structured practice or who want to explore the practical application of Buddhist philosophy and understand how it can add meaning and richness to their lives. We will be using the oracle cards and accompanying booklet as thought starters for our dialogue. (cards available from MBC shop)

Course Requirements: You will need to purchase a pack of the Buddhism – The Science of Peace and Happiness cards. Available at the gompa, on our website or at all good book stores.

When: From 7 pm  – 8.15pm - commencing on Monday, 1st July 2024.

Where: Medicine Buddha Tatrayana Meditation Centre, 132 Kars St, Frankston or via zoom.

Cost: 

$25.00/session payable on arrival or registration

$100.00 for five sessions

$200.00 for ten sessions

Length of Time: The program will conclude in 8 sessions to assess interest and benefit. It may resume or be continued or developed if there is a need.
