Medicine Buddha e-gift cards can be redeemed for purchasing tickets online for all of our Program Events and for shopping in the Online Store.

The e-gift card is emailed to the receiver, please ensure that the email and contact details are correct. The receiver details are taken in the e-gift card section on the e-gift card page and the giver or customer details are recorded into the checkout page. The receiver will only see the information that is put into the e-gift card section. The e-gift card has a section to write a message for a truly personal experience. The giver or customer details are recorded at the checkout, they will receive a payment confirmation to their nominated email after the payment has processed. The giver can choose a specific date that the e-card is issued, it is easy and convenient to plan for special dates in advance. No need to worry about postal times and delays. The email received by the recipient contains a unique code that can be redeemed at the Medicine Buddha Centre online checkout. It is a simple and straightforward process. If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, recipients can pay for the remaining cost using other payment methods.

Any amount left over after making a purchase can be used in future purchases. For example, if a recipient has a $100 gift card and spends $25, they can use the remaining $75 in future when shopping on our site.

Yes, this should be fine, however you first need to speak to one of our centre volunteers. Please ensure that you provide your full details and contact information for follow up, as we need to adjust the e-card manually. You can also purchase a physical gift certificate from the online shop or centre. The physical gift certificate can be redeemed on-site. A gift certificate can be purchased / collected from the centre, and / or can posted for an additional postage charge. A physical Gift Certificate is a wonderful way to pre-pay or gift someone a healing session with Lama Tendar.

Cards are issued for three years. After this time access to any remaining balance will be forfeited, any remaining balance is not refundable.
