Service Description
Rejuvenate and align the Physical, Mental and Subtle Energy bodies to activate powerful whole system healing that aims to awaken, cleanse and shift vital subtle energy flow.
Habitual patterns, afflictive emotions and poor physical health can contribute to resistant and stagnant energy movement that is the genesis of physical disease and mental suffering. Traditional Tibetan Energy Healing aims to address this imbalance by moving the flow of subtle energy to reduce or remove energy blockages at key areas such as the Chakras and Channels and promote overall whole system wellness across the Body, Mind and Spirit nexus.
Lama Tendar is a Master Healing Practitioner who specialises in traditional Tibetan Tantric Energy Healing and Sound Healing.
He was trained by master healing practitioners and Buddhist Vajrayana linage holders within Tibet and specialised in this form of practice at Gyuto Monastery in India.
What to expect :
Lama Tendar will first consult and assess each individual from a traditional Tibetan Medicine perspective and identify the key issues or areas of concern.
He then employs a variety of remedies to suit each particular individual - This may include : Medicine Buddha Energy Healing with chanting, mantra, sound healing and tantric energy healing ( somewhat similar to Reiki )
Traditional Medicine remedies may also include advice on diet and lifestyle approaches.
This traditional Tibetan Medicine Practice will promote a sense of deep relaxation, calmness, healing and activation at the very finest subtle energy levels within, and this will in turn improve physical functions and mental wellbeing.
Lama Tendar is skilled at Buddhist counseling and applies a mind-body-speech approach to achieving optimum health, vitality and wellness.
