Dear Dharma Friends,

The next two Wednesday night classes with Ani Dechen are cancelled, as they fall on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Instead, a half-day calm abiding meditation workshop will be held on the afternoon of 27 December 2025.

Contents of the workshop:

1. Practice calm abiding meditation.

2. Experience effective meditation posture.

3. Experience breathing that brings mind to a more subtle and refined state.

4. Develop knowledge and realisation of energy anatomy.

5. Generate a suitable meditation environment with Avalokiteshvara practice.

At Medicine Buddha Centre, we understand that plans can change.

If you can’t attend an event or course, we offer a credit equal to the amount paid, valid for six months.

This credit can be used for events, courses, shop purchases, or donations.

To request a credit, please contact us at least 48 hours before an event or within two weeks for courses.

All requests are subject to approval.
