Dear Dharma friends,

Welcome back to another attempt of gaining insights about stages of the path as taught in the verses of Lama Tsonga Khapa Guru Puja. 

In our discussion in February and March, we covered guru devotion, precious human life, taking refuge in the Three Jewels, and the law of karma, ending with a brief discussion on how the law of karma and the idea of dependant origination are complementary to each other.

From 19 June, we will continue this journey of contemplation for another eight weeks, starting from the meaning of renunciation, leading on to mind training to generate Bodhichita and renounce negative mental habits.

I strongly encourage you to attend all the sessions to gain a full picture. Looking forward to another enjoyable and fruitful discussion with you.

Series of teachings for eight weeks starting 19th June 2024.

Contents of the teaching and practice sessions:

• 1. Practice Lama Tzong Khapa guru puja; and
• 2. Contemplate the meaning of the verses of reviewing the stages on the path.

The discussion will be guided by commentary on guru puja practice by His Holiness Dalai Lama and Lam Rim Chen Mo by Lama Tzong Khapa.

Date: Wednesday evenings for eight weeks starting 19th June 2024

Time: 6.30pm-8.30pm

Contribution: $25 per person per class.  $180 to register for the eight-class program.
