In Tibetan, 'lam-rim' stands for the stages of the path to enlightenment.
The lam-rim texts present unmistakably all the stages of the path to enlightenment in a gradual and complete manner, and in a way that is easily put into practice. This is why the lam-rim meditation is so special and powerful.
Lama Tendar will provide instructions and guided practice in how to meditate on the Twenty One stages of the Lam Rim
