Lama Tendar will offer teachings on Insight Meditation, following the graduated path of the Lamrim.

These instructions will guide practitioners in cultivating clear seeing into the nature of mind and phenomena—moving beyond conceptual understanding toward direct experience. Building upon a foundation of calm abiding, Lama Tendar will explain how to investigate reality with stability and precision, in accordance with the lineage teachings.

Participants will learn how to:

• Examine the nature of self and phenomena

• Recognize the impermanent and interdependent nature of experience

• Develop wisdom that gradually cuts through confusion and habitual grasping

Through listening, reflection, and meditation, this session supports the unfolding of insight that leads toward liberation for the benefit of all sentient beings 🌿
