Please join Lama Tendar in this precious teaching on "A Precious Human Life with its Eight Freedoms and Ten Endowments" as taught in Lama Tsongkapa's Lamrim Chen Mo.  

When we recognise the preciousness of our Human Life which is compared to the rarity of 'a blind tortoise swimming at the bottom of the deep, black ocean, and which only rises to the surface of the water every 100 years and being able to poke its head through a golden yoke that is being blown by the wind at the surface of the water,' then we will strive not to waste it, but to work joyously for the welfare of sentient beings and live a meaningful life.  

This topic has been carefully chosen by Lama Tendar to celebrate Saga Dawa and to teach the Buddha's intent.
