MANDALA EXHIBITION - 3RD & 4TH APRIL 2026
Lama undertook his training in Buddhist Sacred Arts at the Gyuto Monastery in India; and is highly skilled in creating both painted and sand mandalas, and making ritual objects such as traditional butter sculptures.
Mandalas are a sacred representation of the mind of enlightenment. Painting mandala is a life changing experience as it helps to develop patience, tolerance and mental clarity, and cuts through negative habitual patterns.
Celebrate the long weekend at the Tibetan Healing Art Culture Festival, where culture, spirituality, and wellness come together in the beautiful coastal village of Flinders. The festival offers free daytime entry and family-friendly activities, perfect for locals and holiday visitors seeking a unique cultural experience.
Enjoy a weekend of Tibetan healing and Buddhist traditions, including sacred meditation, mandala art exhibitions, and wellness sessions.
A special Good Friday fundraising concert on April 3rd, featuring Lama Tendar and Maestro Liam Le Kelle, will raise funds for children's education in Tibet.
This festival is an enriching opportunity for all ages to engage with Tibetan culture, creativity, and healing practices.
