Sustain your effort of mandala painting by attending one of our regular day classes. Share a day with like-minded people and receive instructions so that you are able to continue your work at home.

This is a wonderful opportunity to cultivate virtuous inner qualities and engage in Buddhist practice in a peaceful, fun and creative way.

In these classes, students work towards completing a full mandala under the guidance of Lama Tendar, or by simply enjoy drawing smaller individual auspicious Buddhist symbols to build knowledge and skills.

Lama Tendar will guide you step by step from beginning to completion. This is the supreme way to generate peace in the world.

New students are encouraged to bring a visual diary and pencils for single day class.  A list of required art materials is available on the Mandala webpage, these include suggested paint colours for use in traditional Tibetan style Buddhist paintings and frequently used materials and brushes.

For new students ready to embark on a larger scale work, heavy archive quality paper or canvas can be purchased from the centre in large and medium sizes for an additional cost of approximately $55.

All are welcome. No artistic background is required.

You are invited to bring a plate of food to share lunch with the class.  Kitchen facilities are available to use for refreshments.
