GROUP BLESSING AND GROUP SOUND HEALING

You are invited to attend a Group Healing and Blessing with Lama Tendar on New Year’s Day.  In Buddhist tradition, we go to the temple on the first day of the New Year to request blessings from our Lama.Â
This New Year, Lama Tendar will give a short teaching and blessing, followed by a one hour deep sound healing to rejuvenate our body and mind and welcome in the New Year with fresh, new energy. Â
