To clear the path for the New Year Lama Tendar is offering prayers, practice and fire puja at the Medicine Buddha Centre.

 A fire puja is a ritual of letting go of heavy burdens so that we can make space for new intentions and action.

When we release what doesn’t serve us, we clear life’s path for a new direction and growth.  

After setting the motivation with prayers, practice and offerings, Lama Tendar will invite you to write on seperate pieces of paper 

• anything that you may wish to discard / conclude in the new year; 
• anything that you wish to bring into your life or draw towards you for the new year.  

These will be placed into the fire along with various offrings.

We invite you to bring a plate of food to share afterwards if you are able to do so.
