About the Event

Master sound healing practitioner Lama Tender, will lead a two hour group Sound Bath Meditation for deep relaxation and healing.

Using a range of Tibetan healing bowls, gongs, traditional Buddhist chanting and guided meditation, Lama Tendar creates an immersive sound bath experience for the benefit of all.

The sound bath meditation is a transformative experience that works to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and balance energy centres.

This helps to restore positive vital energy to the Body, Speech and Mind - whereby your body more relaxed, your speech is more peaceful and pure and your mind becomes more refined and refreshed.

A sound bath healing and meditation session by Lama Tendar is a unique opportunity to experience beneficial transformative healing energy during a deep relaxation meditation. Everyone is welcome.

We recommend that you bring a yoga mat and blanket for comfort during this immersive meditation.

If you would prefer to sit upright in a chair, please let the event volunteers know on arival.
