AWAKENING THE MIND TO HAPPINESS - NORTHERN NSW TOUR 2023

Lama Tendar is coming to share his wisdom and compassion with the communities from Bellingen to Byron Bay. His signature brand of loving kindness is just what the world needs right now.

Lama Tendar is a Tibetan born monk and from the age of 12 was trained by highly realised masters including Gen Thupten Dhampa and His Holiness 14th Dalai Lama. Since moving to Australia from India in 2003 Lama Tendar has dedicated his life to alleviating the suffering of others.

A series of sound bath healings and workshops, meditation classes, individual healings and dharma talks will be offered at various locations in Northern NSW, commencing April 20 until May 3. This is a rare opportunity to spend time with and learn from an authentic qualified Tibetan Medicine Healer.

SOUND HEALING WORKSHOP

Sound Healing Workshop Lama Tendar will teach how sound healing works to reduce stress, balance your chakras, calm and centre your mind, shift negative emotions and increase your vital energy.

From a traditional master of the sacred ancient art of sound healing, you will receive hands-on introduction to use the singing bowls for healing of oneself and others. This workshop will enhance your skill in performing sound therapy.
