Tibetan Signing Bowl Workshop  

This workshop will enhance your skills in sound therapy, through a detailed explanation of how to use the singing bowls to cultivate positive universal healing energy and a positive mind.

Tibetan singing bowls will be available to select and purchase on the day and our gift store will be open with EFTPOS available.

Bookings are essential.

Sound Bath Healing Meditation

During this meditation and sound healing session, Lama Tender will use the Tibetan healing bowls to work to reduce stress, harmonise imbalances in your body and balance your chakras.

It promotes health by calming and centring you mind. It shifts negative emotions and increases your vital energy. The most powerful healing comes from loving kindness and compassion because it benefits oneself and all other living beings.

Please bring your yoga matt and blanket for comfort during this immersive meditation.
