Sound Bath Healing Meditation

During this meditation and sound healing session, Lama Tender will use the Tibetan healing bowls to work to reduce stress, harmonise imbalances in your body and balance your chakras.

It promotes health by calming and centring you mind. It shifts negative emotions and increases your vital energy. The most powerful healing comes from loving kindness and compassion because it benefits oneself and all other living beings.
