About the Event

Introduction to Singing Bowls & the Benefits of Sound Healing

With Lama Tendar

Join Lama Tendar for a gentle and practical introduction to singing bowls and the benefits of sound healing.

In Tibetan Buddhist practice, sound can be used as a support for meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, and inner balance. The vibration of singing bowls can help calm the mind, soften emotional tension, and create a peaceful space for awareness and reflection.

This introductory session is suitable for beginners and anyone interested in learning how singing bowls may be used to support meditation, wellbeing, and healing practice.
