Dear Dharma Friends,

Upon request from students, Lama Tendar is kindly giving a One-day Teaching on instructions about Tantric Practice.

It is suitable for those who want to start or are practicing Tantric Meditation.

All are welcome.

The contents of the teaching are the following:

1. The difference between the lower and the Highest Yoga Tantra?

2. What are the commitments and how to keep them?

3. How to do daily practice sessions?

4. How to do visualisation in self-generation?

Lunch is provided. We invite you to bring a plate of food to share for morning / afternoon tea.

This course is available online via Zoom.

If you can’t attend an event or course, we offer a credit equal to the amount paid, valid for six months.

This credit can be used for events, courses, shop purchases, or donations.

To request a credit, please contact us at least 48 hours before an event or within two weeks for courses.

All requests are subject to approval.
