10am: Vajrasattva practice
10.30am: chant vajrasattva 21 times
11.45am: Vajrasattva healing meditation
12.30pm: lunch
2pm: how to purify negative karma
3pm: chant Vajrasattva short mantra 500 times.
3.30pm: sound bath healing
4pm: cleaning the Gompa and utility area
