Upon request, Lama will lead a three-day Nyung Nie retreat practicing Avalokiteshvara in April 2026.
During the retreat, each practitioner is required to chant compassion mantra 100,000 times. Practitioners will do 35 Buddha confession practice while performing prostrations.
During this retreat practitioners observe Nyung Nie vows which are mainly Bodhisattva vows.
This is a great practice for purifying negative karmas especially those causing hunger and starvation. This is a chance to experience the suffering of beings in lower realms and thus cultivating great compassion.
